Meet the Stylist's
Drea is originally from Illinois, moved to Scottsdale in 1989 and graduated cosmetology school in Southern California where she and her husband resided for 2 years. She brought her signature "sunny" personality & easy-going approach that hails from the west coast. She believes each client has unique, inherent qualities & is most proud of her ability to accentuate them. Drea works hard to keep her education current to best deliver the client's vision. She has extensive training in: cutting, coloring, highlighting/balayage and Brazilian Blowouts/Keratin treatments. She continues to attend educational classes and staying current on styles and trends. In Drea's free time she enjoys relaxing on the beaches of Mexico and playing golf in Pinetop with husband Michael and fur babies Agnes and Ryder.

Big Ash
Ashley Matousek is an Arizona native with a lust for life. She trained at the Scott Cole Academy and is a hairstylist of 20+ years. Her main goal is keeping the integrity of the hair while creating a modern color and style for her client. She excels at working with you through your hair innovation and is sensitive to your needs. Her focal point in this industry is hair color and cutting, working with both women and men’s hair.

Kursten Ann was born and raised in the Pacific North West, and worked as a barista in the Seattle area. Early on, she invested herself into a small, corner coffee café where she shared more of her love with the coffee industry, and continued to develop in business. In 2010 she opened a new door, and moved to Phoenix where graduated from Paul Mitchell The School, and then returned home to Seattle to begin her career as a licensed cosmetologist.
Kursten has been traveling between Seattle and Arizona since 2014, and continues to build a strong following and a loyal client base. She has assisted in multiple salon start ups, one owned & operated, currently contracts as a Makeup Artist for major Television Networks, loves her brides & bridal parties, and continues to work behind the chair at Namastyle serving her hair family, creating beauty & soul connections
Connection is Currency, and creating strong, long-lasting relationships is what guides her further into both success in business & success in life. The industry, for Kursten, is a doorway into people’s lives that gives her the ability to Serve wholeheartedly.

Little Ash
Ashley Davis is a sunny AZ native, a new mom, and a talented young stylist that has been transforming hair into its fullest potential since 2011. She graduated from Penrose Academy and is trained and certified in various hair extension techniques including; Hotheads, Babe, beaded hair extensions (I-tip + Flat tip) and sew-in wefts. She strives to give the best experience to her clients and will work her magic to create gorgeous and healthy hair.
